I have a true passion for teaching and helping students reconnect with themselves by learn the many depths of yoga. Having completed my 200-hour training in 2015, I continued my learning by completing two additional 300 hour trainings in 2017 and 2018. I offer a wide variety of classes and workshops including hatha, vinyasa, strength building through body weight calisthenics, inversions and arm balances, yin, restorative, yoga nidra, meditation and more. I look forward to sharing my practice with you in hopes that yoga can help you be the best version of yourself possible. Be prepared to work, sweat, and have some fun on the mat.
