Danielle Haymore

I’ve been a practitioner of yoga since college. It started to help me clear my mind and become calmer almost immediately. I knew then that it would become an important part of my life. Being a student of Psychology, I knew I wanted to help people become more at ease and it seemed that yoga could do just that. It wasn’t until a hot yoga studio opened in Danville that I was motivated to become certified to teach yoga in 2015. I am forever grateful for my training as it has helped me to share the practice of yoga and to connect more deeply with those around me. I have also taken training in Yoga for Mood Management, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga for Kids. I strive to teach in a way that promotes peace, stillness, and flexibility in the body and the mind.
