I can say with 100% confidence that yoga saved me, and it is my mission to share that with everyone I meet. I’ve practiced yoga on and off since college, but I became a more dedicated yogi after I discovered hot vinyasa yoga in 2014. I loved it so much I decided to take a leap and participate in yoga teacher training in 2017. I earned my CYT-200 certification that August and I started subbing and teaching in 2018. I know in my heart that everyone can (and needs to) find their own yoga practice, and I am so excited to be able to share this journey with this community!
