Firefly Studios provides training + community to individuals who are passionate about wellness + compassion as a lifestyle. Our team of diverse instructors offers mindfulness + fitness classes in Danville, Virginia and online. We offer classes at our River District Yoga Studio and in other locations such as the Danville Golf Club, Ballad Brewing, and the Danville Museum of Fine Arts & History.
Firefly started with the goal to build a sustainable yoga community in our hometown. We are a micro business that provides studio space and support for a team of independent instructors to share their knowledge with our community. Your class fees and membership dues are what pays our instructors a fair wage and pays rent, utilities and operating expenses for our Main Street and online studios. We are so grateful for your support.
Our values are love, kindness, equanimity, gratitude, and play.
We acknowledge, honor and appreciate the South Asian roots of yoga. We are committed to strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion in yoga by amplifying South Asian and BIPOC voices and welcoming all people into our wellness community.
