An Inclusive Yoga Community
Firefly was established in November 2018 by a group of yoga teachers committed to building a welcoming community and empowering others. Our mission is sharing the many benefits of yoga with all people in the greater Danville region. Our vision is an inclusive community of students and teachers dedicated to exploring the practice of yoga.
Every teacher has a minimum of 200 hours of yoga teacher training
A variety of class styles, including vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, gentle, and buti
Group classes 7 days a week in our beautiful downtown studio
Group or individual prenatal and postnatal yoga classes available
